SHILLONG: Dr ( Prof). Devinder Mohan Thappa was appointed as the new Director of NEIGRIHMS recently.
Thappa had earlier held the post of professor and head, department of Skin and STD, Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), Puducherry.
Thappa was appointed by the Centre on a deputation period of five years or till the date of his superannuation on attaining the age of 65 years.
