SHILLONG:On April 14 around 1 am, one Maruti Alto-800 (ML-04C-3913) driven by Meialanmki Shylla dashed against one Maruti tourist car (ML-04B-4389) driven by Klostar Talang at Lumpariat, Lathadlaboh, Jowai. As a result occupants of both the vehicles sustained injuries and were shifted to Civil Hospital Ialong, where one of the injured victims Early In Dawn Langstang (28) succumbed to his injuries. Police arrested Meialanmki Shylla, driver of Maruti Alto-800 and he was later released on bail bond.
