4 juveniles escape from city observation home

SHILLONG: Four juvenile offenders have escaped from the Observation Home for Boys at Cleve Colony.
The four inmates – Tne Lyngdoh, who has a POCSO case against him, Embhah Langstang, M. Chyrmang and Akash Lamurong – escaped around 2pm on Saturday.
All of them are from West and East Jaintia Hills region. Different police units have been alerted about the four juveniles.
This is the second such incident at the Observation Home in a month. Six inmates had escaped from the home last month of whom three were re-arrested.
