Los Angeles, May 15 (PTI) Hollywood power couple Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively appeared in a surprise cameo on the latest episode of “Saturday Night Live”. The show was guest hosted by actress Melissa McCarthy, who was fake startled to see the married duo on the “SNL” sets. “Oh my god! Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively! What are you guys doing here?” McCarthy asked, to which Reynolds said in a deadpan tone, “You invited us.” McCarthy did a double take and tried to cover up she did not remember inviting them on the show. Meanwhile, Lively asked her, “Are you going to get us seats?” McCarthy asked “The Livelys” to “watch it from back here. These are the good seats.” “I may have been drinking when I invited them,” the “Bridesmaids” actress confessed as she walked away. McCarthy hosted the “SNL” for the fifth time and paid her tributes to all the mothers in her monologue. She also pulled show’s co-head writer Sarah Schneider’s mother for a special backstage tour as a Mothers’ Day surprise. PTI
