JOWAI: Deputy Chief Minister R.C. Laloo laid the foundation stone for the Sein Raij Higher Secondary school building at Umsangkhein, Dulong Jowai, on Monday. The Rs 1.88-crore project is funded by the Asian Development Bank under its project ‘Supporting Human Capital Development in Meghalaya’.
