SHILLONG: The Upper Shillong road, which was recently repaired has developed cracks and potholes.
The FKJGP, Upper Shillong circle, in a statement to the press, said that the Dhar Construction company had earlier repaired the road from Upper Shillong till 7mile.
The organisation has threatened to file a PIL against the company if it delays in repairing the bad road.
