SHILLONG: With an aim to galvanise stakeholders in synergising the unified Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) efforts, Headquarters, Eastern Air Command, IAF will host a three-day meet on HADR and practice exercise from June 6 to 8 in Shillong.
An IAF statement said on Sunday that the exercise will provide a clearer understanding of the scope, role and task including challenges in air operations that need to be understood by all stakeholders for optimal result-oriented efforts of IAF in all HADR missions.
