SHILLONG: A person surrendered before Williamnagar police after “accidently killing” his father.
Police said on June 3 around 2.30 am, Roseng N Marak came to the Williamnagar police station and reported that he assaulted his father Mohinat M Sangma with a GI pipe at Bangong Gattinggre village (EGH) following which the latter succumbed to his injuries. Cadaver was sent to Civil Hospital, Williamnagar for post mortem.
