Wheat supply
 The Deputy Commissioner (Supply), East Khasi Hills District, has informed the public consumers of the District that whole-meal atta (Tide Over) for the month of June is being distributed through the Fair Price Shops at the scale of 1.920 kgs per head at the rate of Rs. 8.00 per kg. Any non supply or overcharging of the rate by the suppliers should be brought to the notice of the DC.

 NFSA rice released
The DC (Supply), West Khasi Hills District has informed that rice under NFSA scheme, 2013 for the month of June, quota for AAY, Priority Household (PHH) and Non-NFSA within Nongstoin Sadar Sub-Division and Pariong Wholesaler Centre has been released.

YMCA convocation
The Shillong YMCA will confer convocation for students obtaining their degrees in different computer courses for 2016-17. The Vice Chancellor of Martin Luther Christian University (MLCU) R. G. Lyngdoh will be the chief guest, other Board of Directors of YMCA, invitees, parents and graduates and awardees are expected to attend the programme, which will be held on June 30 at 2 pm at the Bharat Scouts and Guides Auditorium, Laban.
