MAWKYRWAT: A person was killed and another seriously injured when a truck, coming from Nongri, overturned at a place near 25 Mile under Borsohra in South West Khasi Hills on Monday.
Police said that two persons, Gonesh Gurung (driver) and Sanjiv Karki were injured in the accident.
“They were brought to Ranikor Community Health Centre (CHC) by the public where the driver was declared brought dead by the Medical and Health Officer, Ranikor CHC,” police said.
