Tribute to Tirot Sing

SHILLONG: Several pressure groups will pay tribute to Khasi freedom fighter, Tirot Sing Syiem on his death anniversary on Monday. The HYC will organise a sit-in demonstration at the monument of U Tirot Sing on Monday. Prior to the sit-in demonstration, there will be a rally starting from Dinam Hall, Jaiaw. The KSU will pay tribute to U Tirot Sing at Madan Iewrynghep, Laitumkhrah.
