SHILLONG: Jitendra Singh, Union Minister for Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER), will lay the foundation stone for Barak Hostel for northeastern students on Jawaharlal Nehru University campus on Monday.
DoNER Secretary Naveen Verma, North East Council Secretary Ram Muivah and JNU Vice-Chancellor Jagadesh Kumar will be among the guests.
