TURA: A young man drowned after falling into a stream from a culvert he was asleep on Saturday night in Williamnagar of East Garo Hills.The victim, identified as Rangkan N Marak of Jangkegre village was returning from a market when he decided to rest on a roadside culvert next to Karubra stream across Simsang Nalsa. He soon fell asleep and reportedly fell into the stream where he drowned.His body was spotted afloat by a young girl returning from church service on Sunday.
