Digvijoy Borgohain of M/s Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd., Madan Iewrynghep, lodged a complaint that on June 24 and 30, miscreants cut and damaged the Jio fibre cables at Pynthorumkhrah which disrupted the network in the surrounding area for a while.
