SHILLONG: Swarn Singh, commandant posted at IGP NES CRPF, Shillong has been awarded with the DG Commendation Disc and Certificate [Golden (Ops) 1 star] by DG CRPF New Delhi in recognition of his contribution towards peaceful conduct of Amarnathji Yatra, 2016, while he was posted at O/ O IG Jammu.
The award was presented to him by Prakash D, IGP North Eastern Sector in a function, which was also attended by Madan Kumar, DIGP and other officers.
