SHILLONG: A 12-year-old boy was drowned in Ri Bhoi.On Monday, Iomiki Lamin of Lum Nongrim, Byrnihat was drowned while swimming at Umpli River in Ri Bhoi.
Necessary formalities have been observed and the cadaver was sent to CH Nongpoh for PM examination.
