TURA: Fourth Teachers under Dadenggre Civil Sub-Division are yet to receive their five months’ arrears despite the same being released to their counterparts from other districts and blocks a few weeks ago.

According to the All Garo Hills SSA School Teachers’ Association, although the amount has been released to the Joint District Mission Coordinator (Jt DMC) by the District Headquarter, the same is yet to be disbursed to the teachers. It urged the authority to disburse the same at the earliest.

The association while also reminding that fourth teachers from other blocks like Tura, Rongram, Gambegre etc., are drawing their salaries from their personal accounts, urged the authority concerned to enable their counterparts from Selsella, Dadenggre and Tikrikilla all under Dadenggre Sub-Division to do the same.
