SHILLONG: The MDC of Jaiaw constituency, Adelbert Nongrum has inaugurated two roads for Lumkshaid locality sanctioned under the Special Assistance Scheme of Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council (KHADC).
Nongrum said that roads will ease the residents while travelling, however, he stressed that the role of representatives is to lay a route map for the future course of action.
