SHILLONG: On Sunday around 2 am, a Tata Sumo fell into a gorge at Kshaid Khatarshnong under Sohra Police Station.
In the mishap, three occupants, Jrom Khongrimei (35), Kitborlang Diengdoh (26), Lingsukwel Diengdoh sustained injuries while the driver of the vehicle died on the spot. Matter is under enquiry. The vehicle was on the way to Shillong from the village.
