Naga pork festival to be held in Delhi

New Delhi: Foodies can enjoy a huge variety of Naga pork dishes here from August 17 to September 3. Dzukou Tribal Kitchen, the Naga traditional restaurant, is organising the Naga Awoshi (Pork) Food Festival, which will be held simultaneously in Dzukou Tribal Kitchen’s Hauz Khas outlet here and its Thamel outlet in Kathmandu. “I am passionate about bringing varied delicacies that are crafted with selected combination of the finest and freshest ingredients indigenously sourced from Nagaland. Along with the authentic Naga pork dishes, this Naga Awoshi (Pork) Food Festival will create a memorable experience for all the food lovers through a delectable food journey,” Karen Yepthomi, Head Chef and Owner, Dzukou Tribal Kitchen, said in a statement. The menu boasts of pork head, pork tongue, pork ears, pork bones with collar, pork shoulder, pork chops, spare ribs, pork belly, knuckle, minced pork, brain chutney, minced pork rice, pork lever, pork heart, pork jaw and pork tail.
