Teenager found dead

NONGSTOIN: A teenager was found hanging in his residence at New Nongstoin village on Wednesday. The incident took place on Wednesday evening when the 17-year-old Kingbokwell Dkhar’s parents were away from home, police said. The reason behind Dkhar’s death is yet to be ascertained.
