Rice released
DC (Supply) East Khasi Hills, has informed that rice under NFSA 2013 for Priority House Holds (PHH) and Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) for the month of August 2017 quota in urban and rural and rice under NON NFSA for the month of August 2017 quota in urban and rural has been released and will be distributed through the respective Fair Price Shops.

General meet
The Meghalaya Upper Primary School Teachers Association, Khliehriat District Unit, East Jaintia Hills will hold its general meeting on September 2 at Government Lower Primary School Khliehriat East by 11 am. The Association will also elect its new office bearers in the District Unit for the year 2017-2020.

DC, East Jaintia Hills District, invites proposals from Voluntary Agencies/NGOs/Self Help Groups hailing from the District for consideration of financial assistance from the Voluntary Action Fund (VAF) of Planning Department, Government of Meghalaya in accordance with the approved Guidelines.
