14-yr old drowns in Myntang river

JOWAI: A 14-year-old boy has drowned while crossing a river in West Jaintia Hills on Thursday. Police received an FIR from Doo Raliang from Nartiang village stating that on Thursday evening while his nephew, Shibor Raliang (14) was trying to cross the Myntang river at a location called Thwai Noh Blai but he went towards the deeper side and drowned.
