MBoSE gives clarification on Improvement Exam issue

SHILLONG: The Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBoSE) has released a statement in clarification of the ‘Improvement Examination’ press release issued by the Board on August 24.
MBoSE has stated that the Improvement Examination is exclusively for general students and not for Elementary School Teachers (EST).
The Board further elucidated that it no longer conducts improvement examinations for EST. As per the notification issued by the Education Department on August 10, teachers who do not have the requisite minimum qualification may pursue D.El.Ed and Improvement of Class XII through NIOS.
