Muster roll workers submit reminder of memo to PHE Minister

TURA: The All Garo Hills Muster Roll Workers’ Association (AGHMRWA) of the PHE Department has submitted a reminder of its memorandum to PHE Minister, Celestine Lyngdoh urging her to fulfil their demands.

Earlier on several occasions,  the association had submitted memorandums to concerned ministers and officials apprising them of their grievances along with a list of various other demands.

Some of the demands made in the memorandum include maintenance of 50% vacancy for RCW/MR, creation of various vacant posts, 100 RCW/MR to be appointed in Group D Post every year, Matric, PU and BA passed MR to be offered basic scales, provision of compensation for the Retired RCW/MR, regular Payment of MR wages every month and maintenance of 3% Reservation for MRs with disabilities.
