SHILLONG: A woman identified as Iohlang Dkhar of Ladrymbai-B village, East Jaintia Hills lodged a complaint that on October 4 around 8.10 pm, Rohit Dkhar alias Haria was caught red-handed while he was attempting to break into her house with an intention to commit theft.
The accused also threatened the complainant with dire consequences.
