SHILLONG: Pawan Bawri has received Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Lifetime Achievement Award for his outstanding achievements in the chosen field of activity in North East.
He was also given a gold medal and certificate of excellence in recognition for outstanding achievements.
Bawri, who is the son of J. N. Bawri, Shillong, is the only one from entire Northeast to be facilitated with this award on at Chennai on October 4.
Earlier Bawri was also conferred with the Indira Gandhi Sadbhavana Award and Vijay Rattan Gold Medal along with a certificate of excellence.
