The tentative date for submission of presentation of drawings is October 24 and presentation will be from November 6-8.
A state-of-the-art design for the commercial complex, display corner for artworks and sculpture, a music podium, an amphitheatre, parking space and a food court are among the things that are scheduled to be complete in Phase I.
Works in Phase II include master planning, landscaping and zoning, besides re-engineering of the Polo junction, rejuvenation of the Wahumkhrah, segregation of vendors’ shops from the shopping complex and integration of adjoining areas for development, among others.
