SHILLONG: A woman was found hanging inside a house in Rynjah on Saturday.
Police said it was investigating whether it was a suicide case or that of murder.
The matter was reported to the police by the woman’s husband and a case has been registered.
Police also said the family had removed the woman’s body from the position it was found and laid it on a bed.
