Threatened
Yvette C Ranee lodged a complaint that on December 4 around 10.15 am, Fabian Ranee intentionally pushed the complainant and threatened her and her husband with abusive languages in her compound at Laitumkhrah, Main Road, Shillong.
Dilip Joshi of Jadi of South Garo Hills lodged a complaint that on November 27 around 5 pm, he received a phone call from a number belonging to Roop Chand Ali who demanded Rs. 10 lakh and also threatened him with dire consequences if he fails to pay the amount by November 28.

Theft
On December 4, unknown miscreants stole one Scooty (ML-05Q-5093) from Nongthymmai, Lawjynriew, Shillong.
On December 3, Srimanta Hazarika i/c Godown ITC Ltd., 8th Mile, Khanapara (Ri Bhoi) lodged a complaint that unknown miscreants broke into the Godown of ITC Ltd., and stole cigarettes valued at Rs. 45, 91,311.
Philinda Thubru lodged a complaint that on November 29 Wanjopmi Talang (19) broke into her shop at Namdong (West Jaintia Hills) and stole a waist coat containing Rs. 26,000, wrist watch and a cell phone.

Accident
On December 3, one Maruti Alto-800 (ML-06-7728) driven by Khlurborlang (22) fell into a gorge at Mawrusyiar village in West Khasi Hills. As a result, the driver and one occupant Christopher Kharjahrin (40) sustained injuries and were shifted to a hospital.

Pedestrians knocked down
On December 3 around 5.30 pm, a maruti van (ML-05F-7594) knocked down one pedestrian and later dashed at two shops at Umling (Ri Bhoi). As a result, the pedestrian sustained injuries and was shifted to a hospital. On the same day, a scooty (ML-10B-2125) knocked down one pedestrian at Downgate, Nongpoh . The victim sustained injuries and was shifted to a hospital.

Assault
On December 3, a person named Sam along with accomplices assaulted Donboklang Lyngdoh at Nongthymmai, Shillong. As a result, the victim sustained injuries and was shifted to NEIGRIHMS, Shillong.
Partap Das lodged a complaint that on December 1, Atul Das and Asith Das assaulted the complainant in a wedding party at Shella (East Khasi Hills).

Fake birth certificate
B Sohliya, CEO, Shillong Municipal Board lodged a complaint that on November 28, Sagar Rana produced his birth certificate bearing registration No. D/4659, dtd.24/8/17 for authentication. However, as per records of SMB the registration No. D/4659 was registered on 11/10/17 in the name of another person.
