SHILLONG: The Shillong Muslim Socio-Cultural Educational Association organised a programme to commemorate the birth anniversary of prophet Mohammad at Jhalupara Cantonment Community Hall on Sunday. The chief guest of the programme was Mohendro Rapsang, Congress candidate from Shillong West Constituency.
