Nongpoh: PHE Minister and local legislator of Umsning Constituency, Dr Celestine Lyngdoh on Saturday, inaugurated the new community hall of Umsaitsning Lad Mawrong, which was constructed under SRWP and CRRPF schemes at a cost of Rs. 10 lakhs.
The function was also attended by MG Kharshanlor, Vice Chairman Meghalaya Commission on Resources Mobilisation, Silvester Lyngdoh, Executive Engineer PHE Umsning, Glory Marwein, president UBCC, R Kharkrang Chairman of Umsning and others.
