SHILLONG: Residents of Nongdiengngan and Umdiker in Ri-Bhoi alleged that Congress MLA from Umsning, Celestine Lyng-doh turned a blind eye to the difficulties faced by residents in regard to road development.
PWD Minister Martin M. Danggo had laid the foundation stone for the road project from Zero Point to Nongdiengngan-Umdiker from the scheme RIDF-XXII. However, the road project went to another place.
