SHILLONG: A woman has alleged that her minor daughter was physically assaulted by her employer in Nongrim Hills.
The mother of Khamti Lyngdoh (14) of Kyrwen in West Jaintia Hills lodged a complaint on Monday that in January 2016, Maryda Jolyne Malngiang of Nongrim Hills employed her daughter as domestic help with a promise to send the child to a morning school in Shillong.
