SHILLONG: The Khun Hynniewtrep National Awakening Movement (KHNAM) is set to kick start their poll campaign with a public meeting at Mawryngkneng market on January 25.
In a statement issued here, the party stated that the leaders of the party would attend the meeting which includes working president and Jaiaw MDC Adelbert Nongrum and president of the party, Pyndapborthiaw Saibon and Moses Kharbithai, party’s candidate will also address the gathering.
KHNAM has so far announced six poll candidates- Innocent Shadap from Nartiang, E.K. Kharraswai from Mawkyrwat, Jaiaw MDC Adelbert Nongrum from North Shillong, Ban L Nongbri from Mawlai, Zaachari Shadap from Mawhati and Moses Kharbithai from Mawryngkneng.
