SHILLONG: Jirang MLA Lamboklang Mylliem on Thursday tendered his resignation from the post. He submitted his resignation to the office of the Speaker of the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly.
The lone legislator representing the North East Social Democratic Party, Mylliem is speculated to contest the forthcoming election as a People’s Democratic Front (PDF) candidate.
However, leaders of PDF could not be contacted for confirmation.
