The blue sea
The dancing waves of the sea
Encyst the soft corner of the shore
to whisper the untold longings of bosom.
The red beam of the evening sun taunted
lonesome water in the lustful greed.
Feelings are floating on the ocean
of imagination to hide the agony of heart
Fallen smile of the eccentric waves
evinced the presence of trepidation
to weigh regained happiness.
Watery labyrinth troubled sailing the mind in the vast horizon.
In the blink of an eye, tear quickly falls
on both cheeks to widen the blue sea at the kingdom of crying.
Love is blissfully measured with the
blowing whirlpools to
transparent the shadow of lost hopes.
The gliding water of the sea washed its
blue breast when rhythmic waves embraced; Mind was drifting in the
middle of the void for reminiscence
of vigorous spring.
Parthajit Bora
Enraptured
Her hair falls like a cascade of waterfall
Black and reflects the rays of the sun
She sits with her dress falling around her
She is a sight to be admired.
Her movement is full of grace
Her feature as calm as the sea
No blemishes can tarnish her
She is a beauty to be admired.
As she gets up and approaches him
He can no longer keep his temper
For to him she is out of his reach
Yet he sits and waits and ponders.
Why come to him, such a wonder?
He looks at her and feels as though
No one else is there around them
There is only a thousand rays upon her
Making her shine like the morning sun
She reaches out for his hand
And quickly he takes hers in his
The moment they touched
He knew she was his forever.
Bandamanbha Kharlukhi
A whistle
Eagerly waiting for a whistle
that refines dirty minds
that darken mankind
to refresh this world we live in
pouring notes of peace and light.
It will come out of your lips, friends
’cause ye need it to illuminate life
’cause life needs freedom
to be free from unseen slavery.
No need to be devil’s slaves
to undertake a pilgrimage to light
or, one will meet Faustus’ expected fate.
Whistle pouring your heart
blowing trombones of conscience
invoking His Light
to reconstruct worlds of ours
to project man as man
who will beautify this lively planet..
