TURA: West Garo Hills Deputy Commissioner, Ram Singh has prohibited parking of vehicles at several ‘No Parking Zones’ in Tura in view of traffic congestion in the town.
As per the order issued on Saturday, parking of vehicles has been prohibited from Tura Police Station to Police Hospital Point, MTC to Nakam Bazar (T D Road), Main Point to Rikman (via Gurzoo Studio), police Hospital point to Rikman ( right side), Babupara Bridge area, CS junction road leading to Members’ Hostel, Ringrey Road till District Auditorium, Chandmary before reaching Traffic point and before reaching Chandmary Playground, from AOC Petrol Pump till Civil Hospital junction, Araimile near traffic point and the road leading to Dakopgre upto Walbakgre tri-junction.
The order will come into immediate effect and will remain in force until further orders.
