SHILLONG: Water Resources Minister Metbah Lyngdoh called for a sub-divisional level co-ordination committee (SDLCC) cum review meeting with the various departments of the sub-division to discuss about the proper implementation of government schemes in Mairang Civil Sub-Division at the sub-divisional office’ conference hall in Mairang on Tuesday.
Presentations on the activities, projects and schemes undertaken by various departments were highlighted during the meeting.
Implementations of schemes and problems faced by the departments were the agendas discussed during the meeting.
The committee also stressed on the need of co-operation between various departments.
The meeting was chaired by the minister in the presence of H.S Diengdoh, ADC i/c Mairang Civil Sub-Division, V Swer, BDO, Mairang C&RD Block, M. Diengdoh, BDO, Mawthadraishan C &RD Block & EAC Mairang Civil Sub-Division, H. Kharkongor, SDPO Mairang and other sub-division officers.
