Office shifted
The Office of the Superintendent, Children’s Home (Boys’) has been temporarily shifted from its current location at Matchakolgre, near FCI, Na’jing Bazar to an Assam Type building owned by Donna Clothilda M Sangma at Matchakolgre, Petra A’kong near MBOSE.Therefore, all matters relating to the office are to be addressed to the address mentioned above for all official correspondence.

Draft policy
The Director, Sports & Youth Affairs,  has informed that the draft State Youth Policy is available on the website www.-meghalaya.gov.in for views and comments from all stakeholders including individuals and groups and which may be given at [email protected]  on May 4.

Weather Warning
The Indian Meteorological Department has issued a weather warning whereby heavy rain is very likely to occur at isolated places over Meghalaya and Assam on Thursday and Friday. 

Annual meet
The annual meeting of the Syngkhong Rympei Thymmai will be held at Don Bosco Youth Center, Laitumkhrah at 11 am on Saturday.

Carrom competition
The Lawei Ka Ri SS & CC, Shillong will conduct the 13th Open Meghalaya Carrom Board Competition at the Indoor Sports Hall, Mawdakbaki, Mawlai from May 14 to 19. The last date of entry fees will be on May 10.
