TURA: The Garo Graduates Union (GGU) has elected new office bearers and functional sub committees for the term 2018-19.
The union elected Gredalson Ch Momin as President, Merril N Sangma as Vice President, Gredenson M Marak as General Secretary, Gathwin M Sangma and Fivebilson R Marak as Joint secretaries and Goldfire R Marak as Accountant cum Treasurer besides, 6 other executive members.
Sub-Committee members to take charge of different functions were also elected by the union in which, John Pillar K Marak and Arwington K Marak were chosen for Finance, Tasindroy M Sangma and Lipson M Sangma for Vigilance Committee, Colnat B Marak and Siljong A Sangma for Publicity, Chanse D Sangma and Salning R Sangma for Socio Economic, Bitson M Marak and Sembertush A Sangma for Cultural Committee, Barlind M Sangma and Benteck A Sangma for Employment and Mugading P Marak and Bindarash R Marak for Education and Liter
