SHILLONG: Peeved at the number of non-tribal drivers who are working without Labour License, the Khun Hynniewtrep National Awakening Movement (KHNAM) state youth wing has warned drivers who do not posses Labour License.

In a statement issued here, the KHNAM has appealed them to approach the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council (KHADC) to obtain a labour license.

Again, the KHNAM along with Hynniewtrep Tourist Taxi Association and East Khasi Hills Taxi Association has requested the KHADC to provide its enforcement personnel while conducting checks on taxi-drivers at Khyndailad, Motphran and Lumdiengjri on April 30.
