Pet registration
The CEO, SMB has informed all pet owners within the Shillong Municipal Area to register their pets with the board and to obtain dog tags on payment of Rs 200. All pet owners are to ensure that their dogs do not stray in public places. Dogs found without tags will be treated as strays and necessary action will be taken according to the Municipal Act.

Meeting
The general council meeting of the All Meghalaya Karate-Do Association will be held at YMCA Hall, Mawkhar at 10:30 am on Saturday. Shihan Bidhan B. Subba, Joint Secretary, Karate Association of India will attend the meeting as the as observer. All affiliated members of the association are requested to attend the meeting.
