Assault
Sliang Ksoo of Madur village in West Jaintia Hills lodged a complaint stating that on May 30 around 4:30pm, one Li-O Hasem of the same village assaulted and threatened her with dire consequences.

Complaint
Ronald Pala and one other lodged a complaint stating that on May 22 they caught three persons – Post Siangshai, Spear Suting and Bling Muksor illegally extracting coal from their quarries at Wahiajer Dong Umpling Narpuh in East Jaintia Hills.

Man electrocuted
On June 1 around 2:00pm, Payas Areng (32) of Dangar under Mawsynram PS came in contact with a live electric wire while he was working at Nerbong Sub-Station under Byrnihat OP in Ri Bhoi and sustained injuries.

Truck detained
On June 1 around 7:00am, police intercepted one truck (ML-05G-2654) while it was proceeding from Leshka towards Trangblang in West Jaintia Hills. The truck was loaded with cattle which were meant to be smuggled out to Bangladesh. The truck along with the cattle were handed over to customs officials at Dawki for necessary action.
