Intl Yoga Day
The 4th International day of yoga will be celebrated on Thursday at Laban Sports Club from 6am to 8:30am. Minister of Health & Family Welfare A.L Hek will grace the occasion as chief guest. The Yoga Day will also be celebrated at several institutions across the state.
Oil price released
The Deputy Commissioner of Supply, West Khasi Hills, has informed that the retail price of SK Oil has been revised from June 15 under Nongstoin Sadar sub-division for both urban and rural areas. For urban areas the ex-depot rate is Rs 25.51p per litre and issue rate is Rs 28.51p per litre. For rural areas, the ex-depot rate is Rs 25.51p per litre and issue rate is Rs 29.01p per litre.
CSC course
Digital Seva Rainbow Common Services Centre (CSC) in accreditation with the National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT) has opened its facilitation centre at Laban for imparting various beginner and expert computer level courses.
