SHILLONG: The state government will seek additional funds for building sports infrastructure for the National Games 2022 during the NEC meeting. An official said on Sunday besides seeking funds for other projects, there is an urgent need to avail of funds for the National Games as construction of stadium and other facilities has to be initiated urgently.
