Bikers perform stunts at Speech and Hearing Centre

SHILLONG: On the occasion of the fourth anniversary of Helping Hands Shillong, a group of young boys and girls of Freaky Bikers from the city and Guwahati under the leadership of Rahul Lyngdoh, exhibited their talents and skill at Ferrando Speech and Hearing Centre, Umñiu-Khwan.
The intention was to create awareness on inculcating charity and service towards children with disabilities.
A statement issued here on Monday said that the children enjoyed the programme held on Saturday from 11: 30 am till 3:00 pm.
At the close of the programme, they gifted stationery items, a bicycle, and some sports materials to the children staying at the centre.
“We appreciate and thank the group for the service they have done to the children with disabilities at Ferrando Speech and Hearing Centre”, the statement further added.
