SHILLONG: As many as three Union Ministers are scheduled to visit Shillong on Saturday and Sunday.
Dr Harsh Vardhan, Union Minister for Science and Technology, Earth Sciences, Forests, Environment and Climate Change, will visit Shillong on Saturday to inaugurate the Institute of Bioresources and Sustainable Development (IBSD) Meghalaya at 6th Mile, Upper Shillong.
On the other hand, Union Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Radha Mohan Singh will also visit ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region, Umiam at 11 AM for Farmers-Scientist Interaction Meet
Later, Radha Mohan Singh will participate in the Meghalaya Milk Mission programme at Polo Grounds at 3 PM.
On Sunday, Union Minister of State (I/C) for AYUSH, Shripad Naik will also visit Shillong lay the Foundation Stone of 2nd Phase of NEIAH at 10.30.
