FIR against four for assaulting 12-year-old

SHILLONG: A case of alleged torture of a student has surfaced in Pubjabi Lane in the city.
A woman identified as Sonia Kaur of Iewduh lodged a complaint that her 12-year-old son Shiv Singh, who goes for tuition to Pappu Singh Panchayat, was allegedly tortured and beaten by Abay Singh, Kaka Singh and Pappu Singh at Punjabi Lane, Iewduh.
