TURA: No nominations were filed on day 6th for the South Tura by-poll with chief minister Conrad K Sangma and Congress’s Charlotte W Momin being the sole contenders so far.
Independent candidate Kris Kabul A Sangma who was slated to file his nomination failed to turn up on Saturday. He is expected to do so on Monday, the last day for filing of nominations.
Former MLA John Leslee K Sangma is also expected to file his papers on the last day.
